Dental Benefits
Dental benefits are provided through Altus Dental.  The NCEU is able to provide a superior plan.  Both options have a child age limit of 21 years old or 26 years old if they are still a full-time student.

This is a 100/100/50 plan (in-network.)  This option is paid by the employer plus a contribution from the member is needed.  Currently, the single plan would cost $3.50 per week and the family plan would cost $6.50 per week.
                   Preventive Care (e.g. cleanings)                100% covered  

                   Basic Care (e.g. fiilings, extractions)          100%  covered 

                   Major Care (e.g. crowns, dentures)          50% covered      

                   Othodontia (Lifetime limit of $1,500)        50% covered
