EyeMed Optical Plan                                                                                                                                                                    Optical benefits are provided by Humana (EyeMed).  The EyeMed plan allows each member and dependent to get an eye exam every 12 months and a pair of glasses every 24 months.  This plan has a child age limit of 21 years old or 26 if the child is a full-time student.                                 Exams                          Every 12 months
